The space
A bright new-build home with a fire-table patio, a game loft and a bunk room, set up for families and friend groups of up to 8 visiting Akron.

The open main floor has a green sectional, mid-century accent chairs and a large smart TV against a patterned feature wall. Big windows bring in plenty of light.
🍳 Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen has white shaker cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances: refrigerator, range and oven, dishwasher and microwave. There’s also a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a blender. The dining table seats 6 and sits right next to sliding doors to the patio.

🎮 Game Loft
The upstairs loft is the kids’ (and grown-ups’) favorite. It has a full-size arcade cabinet, a foosball table, a wall-mounted TV and a lounge chair. Board games are provided too.
🌿 Patio & Backyard
The back patio has string lights overhead, an outdoor sectional around a propane fire table, and a propane grill. It opens onto a big grassy yard with white privacy fencing. It’s a great spot for sunset dinners and s’mores!

📌 The property is equipped with a propane grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
Early check-in or late check-out? Depending on the schedule, we can sometimes accommodate an earlier arrival or later departure for a small fee — just message us before your stay and we’ll do our best.
Before check-in — like most professionally managed homes, we ask every guest to complete a quick pre-arrival step through our booking system: a short rental agreement, ID verification, and a damage protection selection. It takes a few minutes and helps us keep the home safe and well cared for.
Damage protection (required, processed before arrival). Choose either a $500 refundable security deposit — a pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection — or a non-refundable $40 damage waiver covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Pets: up to two dogs welcome with approval before arrival; pet fee applies; no cats.
