The kitchen is set up for easy meals at home, with a full kitchen that includes everything needed for cooking and dining. A central island provides additional prep space and casual seating, while the dining table brings everyone together for shared meals. Coffee is available to start your mornings with ease.
Sleeping arrangements
The home offers 5 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, including 3 king beds and 2 queen beds. Each room is thoughtfully arranged with bed linens, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets to help you settle in comfortably.
Bathrooms & essentials
Bathrooms include bathtub access, hot water, and bathroom essentials. You’ll also have access to a washer, iron, and additional essentials that make longer stays convenient and comfortable.
Outdoor spaces
Step outside to a patio or balcony area equipped with a BBQ grill, offering a relaxed setting for fresh air and casual meals. A pool is also available on the property, providing an additional space to unwind.
Amenities & practical features
The home includes Wifi, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans to keep the indoor environment comfortable. Free parking on premises and a private entrance make arrivals and departures simple. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras positioned at the front door and outdoor areas.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or “gathering” no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Unauthorized guests

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
🔥 Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
🐾 Pets:
Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100
❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

🧑🏫 Anyone under 18 who can’t swim must be watched closely.
🐾 Paws Out of the Pool:
🚫 No furry friends allowed in the pool.
🏊♂️ Sharp claws can damage the pool liner – please keep pets away from the water.
💦 Pool Heating Fee:
Pool heating is available at $75 per day.
The fee applies to each night of your entire stay, not just selected days.
🌞 Enjoy a warm and relaxing swim!
🚨 Water Alert:
If you notice any discoloration or green tint in the pool, message us right away so we can resolve it quickly.
👟 Shoes off inside:
Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
